The animation looks great! Very fluid, expressive, great use of color. I actually really like the rough lines, it's a nice style.

The music is a little strange, it doesn't seem like the right tone for what's happening on screen. You marked it as analog horror, but I'm not seeing anything that fits with that genre?

Voice acting would be great, but if not, I'd suggest slowing down the pace of the interjections and keeping them restricted to the same number of syllables in the sentence, if that makes sense.

The lipsync is so good, holy cow!

You need to use 90% less PNGs, the stuff you've drawn yourself is better in every instance (except maybe Aku Aku giving the finger lolol)
